Tried to create account to manage it online says frontier taken over?

Trying to help my parents out here, it's seems impossible to get anyone to chat and wait times when calling seem longer than usual. I tried to create an account to see if I can manage to help them with an expiring promotional package but when I enter all the criteria it says frontier communications has taken over the service but I can't create an account through them either... Can anyone help? Thanks

AT&T's CEO said months ago there will be no more discounts.

All CSRs are on the phones leaving no one to chat.

Covid-19 has closed call centers and cause remaining ones to be understaffed.
