TV Access fees
I have one account charging me $7 per month X2 for "TV Access fees". I have another account that is not. I want to remove them from the one account... I'm paying ~$170 extra per year for nothing. I called, and they claim the one account is eligible for not having it, and this one isn't. OK, so make it eligible. Oh, we can't, there's nobody who can do that, it's all magic or something...
Who do I talk to to get those removed? We're paying FAR too much for DirecTV, and I'm about ready to get rid of them and deal with a couple of the quirks of SlingTV or something.

Why do you have two accounts?
You'll need to call DirecTV to understand what's going on. See numbers below.

Because I have two addresses? No mystery there.

Then those are two separate accounts. You can't remove "TV Access Fees". They're tied to the equipment on their specific accounts.

DTV satellite charges $7 per month for each TV that has a DTV receiver connected to it (TV Access Fee even if it is an RVU TV).
DTV Streaming doesn't so maybe you have the streaming service at one address.
The only way to remove the access fees is to deactivate and return the DTV receiver(s) or cancel the account.
