Unable to access MAX

I pay for directv premium which includes MAX. For the past few weeks I have been unable to access app through any of my devices. I have followed all steps to access via provider as well as reinstalling the app on all devices as suggested by customer service. I would like someone to contact me to get this resolved as I am losing patience. 

I am now paying separately forMAX via Amazon Prime but I should t have to as it is included in my Directv subscription.

Are you using the same credentials (email/password, etc.) for both the PRIME and DTV subscriptions to MAX?
