Unable to activate my Starz app on TV CARE CODE: 205.4
I try to log into the starz app on my TV and when I do so trying to activate through the site I come up with an error CARE CODE: 205.4
However if I log in using the same credentials on my phone app everything is fine. I know the credentials are correct and work.

There have been several reports of this issue recently. Although it may be account specific, your best bet is using the actual DIRECTV application and streaming STARZ with that. You can get both live TV and on-demand, which is essentially what the STARZ app would provide anyways. Be sure to use the older ‘DIRECTV on the Go’ application though as the newer ‘DIRECTV’ app has a few bugs being that it was recently launched.
