unable to pay bill online for a few months - anyone else having the same issue?
I get a message saying "We noticed that your account doesn't include TV service. If you're interested in a TV product, please visit directv.com. To manage an AT&T product, please log in to att.com. This window will log you out momentarily.
I have changed browsers, cleared cache/history, etc.
I talked to a tech support person who said to check back in a couple of weeks. Still no fix.

In the future, you’ll need to call DIRECTV (number in my greeting below) and say ‘sign-in help’ to the robot to be sent to the right department to regain access to your online account.
