Unable to sign in to NFL Sunday ticket
When using my iPad or Amazon Fire stick, I enter my username and password and attempt to sign on. Instead I receive an error message that states it is unable to find that username and password combination on file. The issue is that the same username and password correctly works on my iPhone and laptop as well as a second fire stick.

Please make sure to follow the next easy steps to troubleshooting the NFL app to get issue fixed:
1. Make sure app is updated.
2. Confirm you're using the right credentials
3. Delete/ download the app again.
4. Disable/remove ad-blocking software.

Without checking I’m going to say iPhone and newest amazon fire stick are compatible. Let’s skip the nonsense
