Unanswered letter to DirecTV Customer Service

I have gotten 3 different addresses for DirecTV Customer Service.  My first try was on Sept. 16, my second was on Sept. 30 and my most recent was on Oct. 10, 2019.  I have not received a response to the below letter:

Subject:   Account #

Billing Price,  Pricing Term and Service Package

Ladies and Gentlemen:

Back in 2007, I signed up with DirecTV and kept your service for only a short time because one of your Reps misrepresented your services; mainly, the local channels that I would be receiving.  DirecTV would not satisfy my complaint so I paid a penalty and contracted with DISH Network until early May when I decided to give DirecTV a try again.

The representative calling on me and convincing me to switch was Tim XXXXX.  He said since he

and his brother's company represented both DirecTV and Dish contract with DISH, he could cancel the DISH contract and I would avoid any penalties, which turned out to be true. He also told me several times that my package would include NFL Sunday Ticket. (See copy of the flyer on which was written "NFL Sun. Ticket"). I cannot receive NFL Sunday Ticket nor NFL Network so I couldn't even watch the Thursday night game last night.

Below are the misrepresentations in this attempt to try DirecTV again:

1)  The total bill was supposed to be $58 and some change.  The bill is $63.21.

2)  I was supposed to be able to receive NFL Sunday Ticket but I cannot receive it.

3)  Ackels said that the price would be good for 24 months/2 years but, bill says price is only good through May 7, 2020.

If these misrepresentations are not addressed to my satisfaction, I will strongly consider filing a complaint through Government Consumer Protection agency and if not successful there I will consider paying the penalty and switching back to DISH.

In switching to DirecTV I lost voice commands via remote, some of my favorite channels, many ESPN channels, many channels that carried SEC Football (which gave me the ability to see just about every LSU game), NFL Network, Sirius XM Radio, etc.

I am hoping that these issues might be resolved soon.

I have not received any further communications.  The letter I provided initially has all the details of my concern.  SIMPLE QUESTION;   WHY HASN'T AT&T RESPONDED TO THE CERTIFIED LETTER THEY RECEIVED IN CAROL STREAM, IL ON OCT. 14TH?
