Unauthorized 2 year contract renewal
I called earlier to cancel my service and was told I “signed” a new 2 year agreement and can’t cancel. Why am I being told this when I have not signed a single thing, nor have I been told about it or ASKED to renew? I signed a 2 year contract when I first signed up back in 2016. It is now 2019 and they told me my contract will be up April 2020. You guys have given me nothing but problems, and I can’t even watch my favorite LOCAL channel because of y’alls problems. The bill has also increased without any warning to more than the amount I was paying for internet AND tv, and I only have tv now because y’alls internet doesn’t come out to our house. Why on Earth are y’all telling me I “signed” something when I did Not? I want the service turned off and I do NOT want to be billed anymore as of today. I am reporting y’all to the better business bureau. This is not the first time I’ve had issues with Directv.
