Unauthortized Upgrade by ATT and or DirecTV
4/3/2020 Once again I received an email congratulating me on upgrading my package. I did NOT authorize this upgrade. 3/20/2020 I spoke with Fatima, I was told it was a glitch in the system and she would remove the additional charge. 3/27/2020 I received another email congratulating me on upgrading my package. I spoke with Ario she stated she would remove the additional charge. Someone please give me a phone # and/or email address so I may speak with someone who can solve this problem.

On March 10 I was also wrongfully upgraded by an AT&T rep claiming that because of customer appreciation I will receive Showtime for free for 1 month. I told her NO but she insisted that it was free. I told her NO again. Then, my mistake, I told her fine and she assured me that it was free for the first month and I can cancel anytime. A week later I got my bill with the Showtime charge on the bill. I called AT&T and spoke with Lisandro in the collections dept and he said that if I pay my bill minus the showtime charge he can remove the charge. I paid the bill as instructed. One week later I got an email that I have a balance due, which is the charge for Showtime. I also went into the automation system and told the robots to cancel Showtime. Once things settled down I am going to cancel Direct TV. AT & T is the WORST!!!
