Recently switched to Unlimited Elite and trying to get HBO free on my Directv package

You don't get it via your direcTV account you get it via watch TV or atttvnow it's streaming only not linear.

it specifically says Residental customers will receive hbo on Directv

After 3 phone calls we are now hooked up with Watch tv and were told we’d have HBO on our Directv within 24 hrs

It’s now been 48 hours and we don’t have it yet
