View Bill

I cannot view my bill. AT & T redirects  website to Direct Tv but you cannot pay or view your bill on Direct TV. I called and was transferred 3 times and I had to hang up as I was at work.

Your account used to be on the AT&T side and since AT&T and DIRECTV are two separate companies all of your satellite account management is being transferred to the DIRECTV.com site. During this migration, things like your bill, managing receivers, changing programming, etc. is problematic online. It should be fixed soon but since this is a public forum full of customers we are unsure of a specific date.

I suggest that you call DIRECTV (number in my greeting below) and say ‘billing’ to the robot to have an agent discuss your bill with you for the time being.
