Was told a Week a go i would here from a tech
I was told over a week ago that i was going to hear from a tech on my option to bundle direct TV and internet and yet no response. I been on live chat 3 days in row with no response. They will be the first to over charge you when you are asking to change things. I am getting extremely irritated by the lack communication from this company.

over 50% of at%t workforce has been sent home or self quarentine there just may not be enough people to make a call to you to bundle your account, and those that are still in call centers are getting bombarded with calls about not being able to pay due to being sent home.
