We cannot rent movies

In February, I had a tech come over and reinstall my dish. Since then, we've been unable to watch rented movies. Oh, you take my money. You're good like that. But, the movies will not play. We called your service center. You said you'd look into it. Yet ... nothing.

Also, what is this $4.99 movie charge. I did not authorize this.

Please resolve this or cancel my account. Up to you.

What happens when you try to rent a movie? The $4.99 charge sounds like movies extra pack did you have a free trial of that?
This isn't customer service so no one here can remove anything. Call customer service and suffer through the extreme wait times for assistance with your account.
