Website issue

Since at least last Friday the manage my programming page will not load for me on the DIRECTV website. I have used 2 different browsers on my windows computer plus my iPad and iPhone

No, it starts to load, I get some gray lines, then the whole page goes white.

The fact that all the other pages load leads me to believe the problem may be on your end.

The clear cache and cookies did not work. The fact that all the other pages load leads me to believe the problem may be on your end.

We regret to hear that. There haven't been any reported issues regarding our website recently. Please try signing out of directv.com, restart your device, sign back in and try again. You can also try using a different internet connection (Wi-Fi, wired or mobile data). Let us know if it worked.
