What is going on with On Demand content?

Hey all, was wondering if there is an outage or if it’s just me. I have very limited on demand access right now. Only getting Cartoon Network and Nickelodeon. I’m trying to access HBO. Did a soft reset and nothing.

I have a satellite dish subscription, and a Genie HR54 and hard wired to the system using a broadband deca. System is confirmed connected to my internet.

Anyone else having this issue?
