Where is the money AT&T owes me?

I cancelled my Directv and have a large credit but the money owed has yet to be paid.  How do I get my refund?  I am on Autopay, so an electronic transfer is pretty easy for such a large corporation. I have other services from AT&T so it’s not like they don’t know how to find me.

For cancelled accounts, we process the refund for credit balances in the form of a check automatically after 45 days.

If it has been more than 60 days since you cancelled your account, and you have not received the refund, let us know, so we can help.
