Why do I have to reset password every few days?

This happens on both my Directv and AT&T accounts.  Says I have tried to log in too many times even though I haven’t. Code is 205.2. Any ideas?  I have an Sbcglobal.net email address

Sounds like a browser issue since both logins on both websites fail. Try a different browser, different device, or try to turn on antivirus and other malware protection apps.

Unfortunately it happens on multiple devices and browsers.
