why does direct tv scam people

you guys are scammers! liars! thieves! i have a charge on my account that i did not authorize and you REFUSE to remove them! THAT IS STEALING iN MY OPINION!!! have been persistently trying to get this fixed. i  i have been on the phone with you guys for countless hours for the past 3 months trying to get this removed with many promises that it will be taken care of. BUT NO ONE HAS HELPED ME! NO ONE CAN CALL ME BACK FROM ESCALATION!!!!!  FORCED to pay something I DID NOT ORDER. THAT IS STEALING!!! YOU GUYS ARE HORRIBLE!
