Why is it always a problem to pay online!

I can never pay my bill early - ALWAYS TECHNICAL DIFFICULITIES. I get so frustrated being on hold trying to pay that I forget and then I get a late fee. Low and behold I can pay online then!!

I completely agree! I’m sick of it already been a firstnet customer for almost a year now and I still can’t manage my account I have called FirstNet customer service Countless times and created numerous problem tickets and it never gets resolved! I always have to call in to pay my bill. I always can’t manage my account or access billing they have reassured me over and over that it will be fixed this time I don’t buy it anymore it’s ridiculous!!
