Why when you go to Contact Us do neither of the options (Chat/Call) work when you click on them?

The title pretty much covers it. There's an option to begin a live chat, and an option to call, but neither take you anywhere if you click on them. This mobile app is frustrating. Honestly, what I really want to do is send them an email, but I don't see any option for doing that.

 

Does anyone have any work-arounds? Thanks so much!
