Worst customer service ever

I have spent 7+ hours on the phone, chat or on hold this weekend, trying to get some help  I've dealt with some of the rudest people I've ever tried to talk to.  One call even called me from Los Angeles, and put me on hold, and he had no intention of coming back.  I'm a 23 year customer of AT&T,  and that will change tomorrow when I switch to Verizon
