Worst customer service.
I was in a chat with a DirecTV Specialist for over an hour. While I was waiting for my questions to be answered they stopped responding to me and the chat ended from inactivity. I just received the transcripts from the conversation and they falsified information. They made it seem like I stopped responding. However, I screenshot our conversation and they erased my comments asking if they were still there and added comments to “officially” end our chat.
