Wrong email address for customer account

Please verify customer emails. I am receiving emails related to not paying bills that should be directed to your customer. I’ve read on forums that this is a very common issue for att and near impossible to resolve.

 

Your customer is getting somethig called Directv under account ref [edited for privacy – please do not post personal information]. Please contact your customer to remove my email address from their account and verify that you have their correct email address.
