771 code signal break-up on HD channels only

I get signal break up on some days not all the time. the worse days are partly cloudy days with big thick cluods coming and goining overhead. These numbers were taken during time of beak up. self test show need realigment one test and normal the next. The picture has to be breakng up at the time of the test to get a need adjustment failure on self test. I am assuming I will need my dish adjusted, I figured i would post here 1st to make sure.
