771 of Doom

I looked around and got some info but this just dont make sense to me.

This happens like every 2-3 weeks, my local Fox, NBC, CBS, and ABC dont work.  It says Searching for Signal 771, and it is only the local channels that does it, every HD channel like TNT, USA, Disney, ect work just fine.  Now the funny thing is that I do have one local channel that works and that is CW.  Also another thing is that I notice that when it does happen, it happens early morning and comes back on after the sun goes down.  I dont know if the sun could do something to it or not. I am hoping someone can tell me what to do, here is the signal strength.  btw, the receiver is a HR24-100
