771 searching for satellite

Successful installation for >5 years, lately with both receivers picture has been breaking up every now and then and displaying "Searching for Satellite (771)" message. As of yesterday, this seems to have become permanent. Reset both receivers, but no improvement. All connections appear to be nice and tight, dish mount is tight, doesn't appear to have moved.

Signal strengths displayed on DVR receiver follow. Looks like most are OK except on 99 deg (c). Is it possible to lose alignment on one satellite without affecting all the others? What about all the zeroes on 101 deg, is this normal?

All of those readings are poor.  But it's unusual to see the 101º readings so much lower than the HD satellite (99 and 103º) readings.  Nothing is blocking your dish's view of the satellites, right?

Most likely your dish needs realignment.  Best to call DirecTV and request a service visit.  It's free if you have their Equipment Protection Plan, or within 90-days of installation. Otherwise ~$50.

Thanks, hadn't thought about the trees, they've probably grown a little in the last 5 years. I'll check that out. I read another thread about all zeroes on the 101 odd transponders being likely due to a bad cable/connector from the LNB as they all the odds are carried on this one cable. Is this correct, something I should look into?

Maybe. But cable/connector issues would affect all satellites, not just 101.
