771 This is a scam!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I have had Directv for 6 months Starting this morning all my receivers starting showing the message "Searching for signal 1...771", I have pushed the red reset button numerous times, I have unplugged the cord and waited 15 seconds numerous times, and I've been up on the roof to check the dish numerous times.
After waiting on the phone for an hour and a half, I finally get through to someone and they tell me a service call is required for $49.95, or I could have it waived if I set up the monthly protection plan. Ok fine...have someone come out.....oh wait a minute, the only time they have available is Friday.
Directv is a f'ing joke. What the hell is seriously going on with this company????? You expect me to believe that this is an isolated incident??? An hour and half to get someone on the phone while listening to their recordings pushing their channels, and you're telling me I'm the only one having a problem? Yep, that's what they said.
This is BS!!! I swear this is utter BS. I gave up sh*tty cable for this sh*t. What the hell........
