776 error on RV satellite

We have a Wingaurd satellite on our 2013 motorhome. When traveling, I take the genie from our house & 1 receiver and hook it up to the RV Satellite. Sometimes it works perfectly, but sometimes, it will start out working fine and then give a 776 error code. It doesn’t interrupt the service, you can still watch tv but it has the error box across the bottom.

I have a newer, tower style genie that uses the wireless receivers, so I’m assuming that this message is a hardware issue because the satellite was installed when the Rv was first built.
Any insight on how to fix this issue or hardware I need to buy/install on the satellite, would be greatly appreciated!
Thank you!

IIRC 776 is to many tuners on the SWM LNB.  The Standard SWM LNB can only have 8 tuners so an HRXX Genie uses 5 and an HR2X DVR uses 2 which is 7 and OK but an HS17Genie2 uses 7 + the HR2X DVR is 9. There are SWM LNBs that can do 13 tuners.

Where is that located and can I purchase one to update on my own or will it require a service visit?

The SWM LNB is on the dish arm and yes you can buy one online and replace it yourself.   DTV doesn't service RVs unless they are permanently parked,  RV dealers that install DTV do.
