9 minute Banner ad with sound

Every 9 minutes or so a banner ad appears on my tv.  You can still hear but it's annoying having to hit any key on remote -- over and over again -- just to watch a program.  It's pathetic and needs fixed.  Leave any room with tv and always a banner on return.  I have power saver off.  I've check settings... Ridiculous!!
