A female voice said YES

I just got a call from DirecTV.  They were telling me about Hallmark movie channels free, for 3 months. When the female that was telling me about the offer, asked me if I am interested in having this offer, I heard a female voice respond "Yes".  Then the female telling me about the offer continued saying thank you yada, yada.  I said "wait, what was that?", and she hung up.  Also, the female that responded "yes" didn't sound like the woman on the phone, or like myself. Has anybody else experienced this, or heard of this? And to DirecTV, is this something you do?
