Absolutely disgusted with att/direct tv
I returned my equipment within 5 days of cancelling and was wise enough to hold on to my ups receipt. I called several times once I saw the $239 charge on my account and was assured I would not be charged. I went as far as to ask for my auto charge to be cancelled and told it was and wouldn’t be charged. Sure enough they took the money out of my credit card account. And would you believe, they can take the money, but sadly unable to put the money back. How absurd. Now I have to wait up to 45 days for a visa gift card or a check. I’m so disgusted by this and will probably be switching our cell phones away too. Horrible customer service. You mistake and I have to wait for MY money back that you took. When you had received the equipment back and told me you had it.
