A&E HD on 290 - Supposed to be Disney HD

Imagine the horror when my young daughter tries to tune in Pair of Kings at 7:30pm and gets a face full of an adult crime drama on her Disney channel. Since the guide and whats displayed are not in sync, my parental control setup is useless. Another receiver in the house tunes 290 properly, so what gives here. VERY upset.
