Alignment of sat 99 and 103

I have my 101 sat aligned solid (90s - 100) and when I have my 99 sat in the 90s my 103 sat goes to all 0s. When I re-align to get my 103 sat back int the 90s all of my sat 99 signals go to all 0s. It's like I can have either my sat 99 OR my sat 103 but not both, anybody have any ideas on this one???

Probably your dish mount is not vertical.

When standing behind the dish and you have your 99 dialed in using the left knob --the turn your right knob 2 and one half times counter clock ways

Use the above tips and IF they do not satisfy the issue, the LNB is either defective or the cabling may need to be replaced. In the worst case scenario, the shape of the dish is bent and a technician will need to come out to replace the dish. (You can also buy your own dish if you feel comfortable.)

He can get 99 and 103 but not at the same time so cabling is a doubtful suggestion and a faulty LNB is extremely unlikely. A bent dish is possible but incorrect alignment is much more likely.
