AM21 off-air tuner missing most channels after 10/18 channel repack in Chicago area.

Yesterday, 10/18/19 was a major channel re-alignment day in the Chicago area.   Most stations, with only 3 exceptions, moved to new UHF frequencies.    My Samsung HD set rescanned and found all the new assigned channels with no problems.    My AM21 attached to my Genie DVR rescanned, came up with all the channel numbers, but all but 3 or 4 are still there, the rest get the "low signal" message.    Is this something DirecTv is just taking their sweet time updating the guide information or am I just screwed for ever using the AM21 again?
I had similar problems with my old HR20 DVR, as local broadcasters added subchannels DirecTv never update the channel guide to allow it to receive them.   When I called they said they had no plans to support that.

I rescanned the channels with my AM21 attached to HR44 Genie DVR. Then I had to edit the Off-Air Channels List to select the correct new channels because both the old and new channels appeared. Had to uncheck the old the channels and check the new channels.  Same thing happened with my Tivo DVR's off air channels.
