Yes, that satellite dish is a Slimline and it is SWM since I see it is an SL3 with only one wire coming out of the LNB arm.
As long as it is aimed properly and has strong stability to the roof, it is definitely useable for current service.

How do you know? I personally thought RBLNBs look identical to a regular 13 channel SWM LNB but I’d be interested to know how to tell the difference other than going to a receiver satellite setup or looking directly at the serial number of the LNB available on the front.
