Don't know that I've read any posts yet specific to Central or Eastern U.S. for the H23. I received the MRV update on my H21 on 3/15 @ 2:25AMCST in TN. And I'm not certain, but I do think the software is rolled out separately for the different "models", so the H23 may be a little behind the H21 rollout.
I am in the St Louis area and my H21 was updated last night and works fantastically on a gigabit wired network. My four H23s have still not been updated.
