ATT Direct TV Installer damaged our roof

The ATT Direct TV installer that came out when we moved into our brand new house, failed to seal around the bolts in our roof which created water damage in our garage. We have called mulitple times, left messages to start the claim process and no one has responded to date. I started this months ago. I was given a claim #L07208744, but not sure this is a claim at all. I need to open a claim and start the process so I can get the damaged the Direct TV intaller did to my dry wall and roof. This is NOT the customer service we expected from ATT when one of their own employees damaged our less than 1 year old home.

Have you tried to contact them via that number? I am yet to get a person to talk to, and they make you leave a message and say they will call you back. Never received a call back.

I had the same thing happen and 4/28/23 filed a complaint and request for reimbursement for the property damage from DirecTV.  After a lot of back and forth and being unable to  get through to Sedgwick, no claim #, etc, I have finally heard back from Sedgwick 5/15/23. I am having the roof repaired ($750) and the adjuster seemed to say it would be as easy as my sending them the invoice.  I hope it is.  Good luck.
