B Band Converter gone bad?

Is it possible for a B band converter to just go bad?  I was watching ESPN2 in HD (great picture, no glitches) and then all of a sudden, I got the "searching for satellite signal" message.  It is a perfectly clear day, no clouds in the sky, and the wind is calm.  I reset the receiver (red button) and also did a unplug/plug back in cycle, and all HD channels (even locals) are inoperative.

I checked signal strengths:

101  92-100

110   86-92

119 I 83-100

99(c) 0

99(s) 0

103(s) 0

103(ca) 0

103(cb) 0

I don't have another B Band Converter to try to swap in here at my office.

Any suggestions?
