Is there anywhere local that I can get a B band converter? Our zip code here is 97541.

Finding one local can be tricky as it's an item we don't install anymore with the current setup. The only store I have seen them in our town is the local goodwill. Finding one online, at a retailer like Amazon, will probably be your best bet.

No, they are mostly sold online.
