Bad Installation

I about ready to call and cancel by DirectTV.

 

When we first went with a DVR several years ago the installer never ran the 2nd line to the DVR so we never could record more than one show at a time. So when we finally upgraded to the HD DVR I thought for sure that the new DVRs had a turner in them so we would not need the 2nd line. Well when the installer came out he said we needed the 2nd line & that he was not certified to run that line. So I said OK my husband can run the line one day himself. My husband comes home and noticed that the guy moved the satellite in another position & left the old one with the lines running from one to the other. I looks so bad. The next day we noticed that the DVR keeps going in and out with the picture. So my husband calls they trouble shoot some & then she says someone needs to come out so he tells her about the bad install issues & she blew him off saying that someone will be out tomorrow acting like he did not say anything. At this point I would love to just cancel it all and get my money back.

 

Any thoughts on my problems?
