Bad receiver?

I believe the main receiver with the DVR might be going bad as it is always searching for a single and pixelating.

The other receiver does not do this when tuned to the same channel at the same time.

I have tried a re-set.

I have the service and repair agreement on this equipment so I need to know how to facilitate the replacement.
