BBA America On Demand no longer showing up on DVR

Since the last firmware upgrade, if I try to go to Channel 1264, it will not work... goes to Ch. 1265 and I have to hit the "- Channel" red button;  directory does not show it as being there, either (goes from 1260 to 1265)!!!  If I choose 1265, and press the "- Channel" button, I DO get the BBC-A On Demand channel, no problem; I can also record shows lsited on 1264 with no problem.

Cust. service, tech support, and any other department I wind up talking to say that this should not be happening... they keep telling me to "reset the DVR" either by the Reset Button or using the "unplug AC power, wait, and plug it back it"... neither fixes the problem.

Anyone else seeing this issue in the past month or so?
