BBCs and SWM
If I have to go to using DECA and SWM will I still need the BBCs? I have two HR20s

Yes, BBCs are gone and out of the picture. That comes with SWM. Now, the HR21 and up will be powering the DECA itself, but the HR20 isn't able to do that. It will have an addition to what you know for the other models. The sat in feed (assuming the router connection is in another location) is still just one coax into the room, but there will be a power-passing splitter involved along with the DECA module, and 2 separate connections to the IRD. (Sat In 1 & 2)

sungam's correct .... the H24/HR24 have DECA built-in, not MOCA. Of course, some folks simply consider DECA a variant of MOCA. But the main point is that devices designed specifically for MOCA (Cable TV) will not work with DirecTV.
