Because of the weather(snow) we have lost reception for the last 5 hours and our dish is on the roof of our apartment building so we can't get up there to brush it off. Can you help us with this.

If it is shared dish then you need to call the company that services the building, unknown if they will come out and clear it.

Help with what? Obviously the snow needs to be cleared from the dish. You aren’t thinking you can arrange that here, are you? For one thing, this is a customer to customer forum, not customer support but I doubt that is anything customer support can arrange either.

Have you contacted the Building MGR? --your only option is to wait for the Snow to melt and the service will return.
