Bedroom Remote Controlling Living Room TV

Have a HR21 in the living room and a HR20 in the bedroom (separated by a wall).  Remotes are the same model (what came with the DVR's) and when changing channels in the bedroom it affects the living room TV.  How do I stop that from happening?
