Big button remotes compatible with RC82V

My mother in law has this remote RC82V and finds that the buttons are too small for her handle. Are there any big button remotes that are compatible with this remote control?

There are big button remotes for DTV receivers made but most only use IR.  The RC82V uses both IR and RF using Bluetooth to control the Gemini C71WK mini client.  Is there a problem using voice commands?
