blank screen when change channels
When I change channels the unit acts like it wants to connect showing the channel information on the screen but it never connects the screen just goes blank. I have tried cycling the power to the unit on and off and that sometimes works. I think I need a new unit.

AT&T offers free receiver replacement. Contact the customer support. They will attempt troubleshooting steps first and if it doesn't work, they will right away issue replacement order for receivers.
