Blurry picture
Live tv an live sports are ok but when it’s a show every time there is movement the picture goes blurry like I see a shadow behind someone. Today I replaced my 3yr old HR44 to the HR55-500 an it’s still doing the same thing

Try looking at your TV menu settings for Motion control -change it's current setting and see if it improves

Went to my TV settings nothing on motion control I have a cheap TCL 65’ maybe I should of paid more for a better tv lol

Maybe Contrast or Picture mode setting on the TV -- look at all the picture settings

On the TV menu --What Mode are you using? Custom or VIVID-What you are describing is SOAP OPERA MODE --Change your TV DISPLAY format

Yes, it's classic "soap opera mode". Usually called motion control.
