Box Frozen - Customer Support Takes Forever then Hangs UP!

DirecTV's customer service is atrocious.  Our box has been frozen for several days.  It has been literally IMPOSSIBLE for us to speak to a human being on the phone.  This kind of customer abuse is what destroyed companies like Sprint.  You are definitely heading in that direction.

 

The error code on our screen is 15-142.  Somebody in there - if there's anyone actually reading these - please contact me asap.
