Buggy R15-300

I just upgraded to two R15-300 DVRs. I believe that both have the latest software upgrade. Here are my buggy problems:

1. I constantly get phantom Caller ID notices when there are no incoming calls.

2. When I press the Replay button, the DVR goes back the 6 seconds or so, but when play resumes, it sometimes jumps ahead a few seconds.

3. At least once, pressing List did not show any recorded programs--until I pressed the up-arrow key and then the down-error key (or something kludge like that).

Let's keep working on those software updates, DirectTV.
